Upon registration you will receive a confirmation email immediately that includes a receipt and QR code for check-in.

Please allow time for our team to process your registration for safety and security. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive a registration packet to your email which will contain information about the location, hotel recommendations, parking, and other logistics. Please check your spam folder as well.

If financial support is needed to cover the registration fee, please email [email protected] to request accommodation.

Please note refunds are not available -- if you are no longer able to attend your ticket will contribute toward supporting student and community attendance to the conference***
